现代牧业（集团）有限公司（简称“现代牧业”）成立于2005年9月，是一家专门从事奶牛养殖和牛奶生产的企业，总部位于安徽省马鞍山市经济技术开发区。2010年11月26日现代牧业在香港联交所成功上市，股票代码01117.HK，成为全球第一家以奶牛养殖资源上市的企业。依托全球首创的“牧草种植、奶牛养殖、牛奶加工一体化”模式，现代牧业已经发展成为国内规模最大的奶牛养殖企业、高品质原奶供应商及优质乳加工制造者。

Modern Farming (Group) Co. LTD (short for Modern Farming) was established on September, 2005, which is specialized in large-scale industrialized dairy farming and milk production. The headquarters is located in Economic-Technological Development Zone, Maanshan City Anhui Province. On November 26th 2010, Modern Farming succeeded in listing at Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 01117.HK), becoming the first enterprise listed by dairy resources in the world. Relying on “grass planting-cow breeding-milk processing” integrated model, Modern Farming has developed into the largest dairy enterprise, high-quality raw milk supplier, and grade milk processor.

以“创建世界最先进的牧场，生产世界最优质的牛奶”的经营发展战略为指导，现代牧业人长期坚持“专心、专业、专注”于中国乳业发展，先后荣获2011年国家“农业产业化国家重点龙头企业”、《环球时报》2011年“全球最受关注中国绿色企业”、2012年第五届营养产业高层论坛“中国营养产业百强前十强”、2013年国际绿色经济协会的全球绿色财富（中国）100强第九名等荣誉。旗下常温纯牛奶产品在2014、2015年连续蝉联世界食品品质评鉴大会食品类金奖,品质稳定达到了国际食品评价基准的较高要求,获得了各国认可的品质通行证。

Under the guidance of “construct the most advanced farms, produce the best milk”, Modern Farming sticks to “concentration, profession and dedication”, developing along with Chinese dairy industry. Therefore, we won a lot of distinctions, such as the Leading National Agricultural Enterprises in 2011, “global most remarkable Green Enterprises in China” by Global Times in 2011, “Top 10 of Chinese Nutrition Industry Top100” by the Fifth Nutrition Industry Forum in 2012, No.9 of the global green fortune (China) Top 100 by International Green Economy Association in 2013. The ambient milk of Modern Farming won the Gold Award of food category in Monde Selection continuously in 2014 and 2015, which shows the stable quality of our product, meeting the requirements of the international food evaluation, gaining the global recognition.

2014年，现代牧业全年总收入超过50亿元，自有品牌销售收入8.3亿元，同比增长159.2%，均创历史新高。截至2015年底，现代牧业已在全国8个省共建万头规模奶牛养殖牧场27个，奶牛存栏数超过23万头，签约牧草种植土地超过80万亩，日产高品质生乳3100多吨，泌乳牛平均单产30公斤以上。

In 2014, the total annual income of Modern Farming was over 5 billion yuan, among which the sales income of own brand products was 830million yuan, getting an increase of 159.2%. Both reached new records. Up to the end of 2015, Modern Farming has constructed 27 ten thousand dairy farms in 8 province, with the dairy herds over 230000, more than 800,000 mu grass planting land, producing more than 3100 tons high-quality raw milk per day. The yield per unit of lactating cows is over30 kg.

有人看着过去做事，有人看着现在做事，而现代牧业则是看着未来做事。着眼于行业未来发展趋势，现代牧业高起点、高定位、高标准，制定了全球最严格的原奶标准，以全球最快的生产速度，生产全球最高品质的牛奶。在现代牧业，一头是全封闭的牛场挤奶大厅，另一头就是自动化加工车间，新鲜的优质原奶通过密封输送管道直达加工车间，省去了一切冗余环节，从挤奶到加工全程仅需2小时，从而实现了牛奶中免疫活性物质的最大化保留。现代牧业“2小时活牛奶”的蛋白含量高于3.2%，乳脂率高于3.8%，体细胞低于25万，菌落总数低于2万，甚至仅以千计，各项指标均优于欧盟、日本标准，最大程度地保证了牛奶的“纯、真、鲜、活”。

Some stand on the past and present, Modern Farming focuses on the future. Based on the future development trend of the industry, Modern Farming persists in high starting point, high position, and high standards. Setting up the most stringent standards of raw milk in the world, with the fastest production speed, Modern Farming produces the best milk in the world. In the farm, one side is the fully enclosed milking hall; the other side is automated processing plant. The fresh raw milk transferred by the enclosed pipeline, which eliminates all redundant steps. It takes only 2 hours from milking to processing, maintaining the maximum retention of milk immunoreactive substances. Protein content is over3.2%; butter-fat content is over 3.8%, somatic cell is under 250,000, total bacterial count is under 20,000, even just thousands. The indexes are superior to the standard of EU and Japan, ensuring "pure, true, fresh, and live."
